I really liked the interview process because it felt organized, respectful, and engaging. The questions were thoughtful, the conversation was natural, and I felt heard throughout. It left me confident, motivated, and excited about the opportunity and the team culture.

Did an in person interview and filled out a competency form, thought it had gone really well. Was told I would be sent a test to do but was never sent test or updated on results of interview
