Very efficient, incredibly nice staff - on the shop floor and management.
I applied for a Tesco express store, there was no group interview, I know some were wondering about this, as was I.
Started off in the interview room, then went onto the tills and finished off replenishing the shelves.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
