Had a group interview today and all we had to do was fill out a health questionnaire and an availability one. Then answer a few basic customer related questions going around the table individually. It was all very relaxed

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
