Arrived at store, waited at staff cafe until interviewer was ready. 8 Questions asking for evidence of when you worked as a team, helped some one out etc. Pretty simple stuff.
I was told I would be phoned back about the job. never got phoned back. so i phoned the store after a few days and they said they would phone back with the guy who was supposed to call me. Never got that call as well, so i emailed Tesco HR who then emailed the store to contact me, and guess what, i was never contacted. Few weeks after i got an email saying my application had been stopped. If i didn't get the job then they could have just phoned me and said 'no you didn't get the job'.

Face-to-Face, they pick 5 questions to ask at random. The selected questions are reasonably easy to answer as they are the typical interview questions you would practise for. Most of the questions are 'give us a time' questions where you will need to talk about past experiences.
