Quick online form, then a group interview with a tower building excercise. Then I had a private chat about hours and how I thought it went. And couple days later got offered the job. Everyone was really nice!

Easy fill-in online application, followed by an in person interview with manager about a week after. Nice and friendly chat about expectations and making sure I met the right requirements for the job.

Applied for part-time and the interview process was very casual. Was shown around the store before being taken into the back and asked a few basic questions. Felt more like a conversation than an interview.
Fairly easy and straightforward interview. I felt comfortable talking to interviewer. It wasnt too long either. Just asked basic questions about why you want to work there and examples of when you have shown you are hardworking etc. Also if you are ok with the early shifts (6am, sometimes 4am during seasonal rush)
