Online application which requires common sense, if you are successful at the online test you will be invited to a face to face interview where you are interviewed by a department manager, afterwards I was walked around the store and met some of the team. following the interview if successful they will offer you the job and require you to attend a paid induction if successful

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
