1:1 with store manager asked brief questions. Friendly welcoming enviroment felt confortable all questions pretty straight forward. Was held in the back office easy relaxed atmosphere. Went in smart casual shirt and suit trousers.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
