Group interview 11 people aged 20 and under and me 50years. I had applied for a day shift job but was told to disregard the shifts applied for and to complete an availability sheet. We was asked to take passport and CV.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
