Quick call to arrange an interview, interview took place via phone on the same day. Interview consisted of 3 questions, casual and felt like more of a conversation. Email was sent a couple of hours later stating outcome, induction details attached to the email too.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
