Felt very rushed and was in a really small break room. Talked about some experiences I had but in all it was very quick and informal. Didn't seem a whole lot bothered about direct customer experience but I had enough to go on.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
