It was quick, nice and straightforward, an easy experience. Would assume it would differ depending on who was interviewing you but overall really easy. Little preparation is needed really for the kind of interview questions. Just common-sense

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
