The interview process was quick and easy. First, my right to work documents were checked and then the interviewer asked whether I had previously worked for Tesco, before commencing to the interview questions.

I applied through the online process and received an email a couple of weeks later saying that I had gotten an interview. Chose an interview slot, interviewed, and a week or so later heard back that I had got the job.
Typical face to face interview with two members of management. Will be asked strange questions to throw you off but its to guage your ability to work under pressure so relax
It has to have been the most unusual interview. I have been too.The interview is not really what I would expect. Questions but not really about experience and it is quite difficult to see the relevance.
