The interview was fine, they asked a lot about customer service skills as well as how you deal with conflict, how long you plan on staying for etc. The interviewer was kind and respectful and put me at ease right away.

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
