The interview process was really unorganized, people were bailing last minute even though things were scheduled ahead of time. There was no standard process, I was confused where I was in the process the entire time.

2 interviews, 1 with the recruiter. The other with 2 managers. One thing I noticed is that the both looked burnt out. They wanted someone who could work at a fast pace.
