There were 2 technical interviews that went extremely well but before the 3rd round which was going to be a non-technical interview I received this - "Unfortunately, we are not able to move forward with your candidacy for the [insert role] at this time." they did not even bother to write a proper email. And when I'm saying the interviews went well it wasn't just me who said that but the interviewers of both rounds as well. It's bad practice to waste hours of time of an interviewee and not even send a proper email And on seeing this I can only think that I dodged a bullet by not getting an offer at Tessell
