The first interview was held over a Skype call. Then a follow up interview was held in Baltimore, Maryland where they flew me out, showed me the headquarters, and went into further detail about what daily tasks and goals were for my position. It was very easy going and relaxed and they really made you feel welcome and a part of the family.
