The TestDevLab interview process typically begins with an initial HR screening to discuss your background, motivation, and availability. This is followed by a technical assessment—often a take-home task or live test—focusing on your skills in software testing, automation, or development, depending on the role. Next, you’ll have a technical interview with engineers or a team lead, where you'll discuss your solutions, tackle additional problems, and answer questions about tools and testing methods. Pretty straightforward, initially an HR interview then a technical interview. HR interview was to review the CV and then in the technical interview more technical scenarios were given to the interviewee to answer.
