Minimal interview process. Went in to the office, Greg Baker (the CEO) discussed the company as a whole, and what they were having difficulty worth. He asked questions about my previous experience, especially focusing on web design and technical aspects. We then went out to get lunch and he continued to ask questions about classes I've taken at UW, and what I've learned from them.
