The process took 2 months from application to offer. 1 phone screening call to hear about the company and gauge interest. 2 Interviews with the mentors of the apprenticeship program. Everyone was very approachable and nice. the mentors made the process feel easy and comfortable. In both interviews the mentors asked more about me as a person and my story as opposed to the technical interrogations I'm used to. 10/10, would recommend it!
