Met at university career fair and offered a next-day interview after resume review. Interview consisted of 2 people who asked a good mix of behavioral mixed in with some questions on HVAC systems. Heard back roughly 3 weeks later saying I made it to stage 2 and to complete a personality assessment. Great company and employees. Declined offer due to wanting to gain experience in a different industry but I was very I pressed with this organization.
