Applied online, wend to the restaurant and got an interview for the next day. I got the job on the spot and started training the next day. Training is a very intense process. Many test and quizzes.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
