After applying, I was called for an interview one month later, and three professors interviewed me via Zoom. Then, after the interview, I waited another two weeks before I received a request for a reference, and I got offers the same week.

It was a face to face interview where I spoke to the chair of the department and offered me with current post. The process was fast and efficient. Since they knew me ahead of time while I was a PhD student, the approval was not difficult.
