Went to the office to interview in person, they had me fill out a paper application. Pretty old-school for a digital marketing agency, but the interview itself went smoothly, and I was asked to complete a rather involved assessment. I submitted everything a month ago, but I haven't heard anything back since. Don’t ghost people after they have invested so much time and effort. It’s not like I don’t have any better to do. Overall, the lack of communication after the interview left a negative impression.
