First interview is an informal chat over the phone with a manager. Second interview includes a part where they ask questions about your experience which focusses mostly on your CV and another part which is a technical test. The technical test was not too hard and mostly is there just to ensure you are able to code and have the skills to tackle the coding problems you will face in the job.
