This is a recruiting firm. First they will review your resume online until they find a fit for the job opening they are working to fill. Once a fit is found, they contact that person and have a casual conversation. If the first call goes well, they will schedule a 2nd call which is a phone interview. If the 2nd call goes well, they present resume and summary of calls to employer who has the job opening. If employer likes info presented a phone interview is set up between resume owner and employer. Resume owner works directly with employer from this point forward, Recruiter gets paid by employer.
