Interview was thorough and with several managers attending. Asked good questions. Came in for second interview the following day. After second interview I was hired. The Training process was really quite long for a server/bartender position. It took two weeks to complete the training cycle before earning tips. But the management really makes sure you are very knowledgeable about the food menu and drink program, over all very helpful.
