The interview process was very robust and rigorous, but genuinely enjoyable. The multi-step process truly shows the thoughtfulness of Berkeley in the recruitment process and I felt that I had a seamless experience from my very first phone screening all the way through to my final interview. There was an initial phone screening, followed by three interviews with the firm's partners that are focused on different elements (behavioral, previous work case studies, and a fictitious case study).
