The process took 3 months. I got to the final round, & they never got back to me. Further, their questions were essentially the same thing and were incredibly broad.

I had similar experiences to those described on this website: Unusual phone screening, redundant questions, and radio silence after multiple rounds of interviews and two follow-up communications to the hiring manager and HR. I admire the organization's work and have for some time. However, it's been a very disappointing experience.
