It was a pretty lengthy process with several rounds. But I found the staff to be quite professional. There was an initial 30min interview with a representative from HR. This was followed by a 1 hour interview with a senior consultant. The final interviews spanned a whole day at the office.

Went to in-person on site interview - a lot (5-6) rounds with different people. Analysts were great. Senior people also very lovely. Advise - be ready to talk about your research and STUDY ECONOMETRICS

It ran virtually. Had two interviewers. Asked about my backgrounds and my research. And then I had a talk with a recruiter. Everyone was very friendly and the interview ran for about 40 minutes.
