I wish more recruiters/companies would be as helpful and as good as the team in The Bread Factory.
From the initial stage with HR taking an extra step to support you to the actual interview with the recruitment manager giving you clear expectations and having an open and honest conversation on what the job role is about and how you can fit within the company.

The person that I had the interview with is with the company for over 16 years and a large number of people in his team are working alongside him for a very long time which says a lot about the company itself.
There wasn't a specific question that was addressed to me but a 2 way conversation between 2 people rather then a set of questions that you feel like you're being asked by a robot in order to tick the boxes or not.
