Colloquio
Incohesive. I was cold-contacted by numerous employees after having already interviewed without acknowledging that. Not a great feeling when you spend hours interviewing with numerous people on a small team. Guessing there's no internal ATS system being used. Interviews were inconsistent and seemed very surface-level. Repetitive questions that didn't necessarily pertain to the job or evoke applicable responses from previous work. Left those conversations confused.

My Interview Experience: Mixed Feelings
The overall interview process followed a typical structure: phone screen followed by a peer connect. The phone screen was straightforward and allowed both sides to learn more about each other.
However, my experience with the peer connect left me with mixed feelings. It started off well, as I got to participate in the morning huddle and hear what the team was working on. I particularly enjoyed meeting and speaking with Derek and Nick Theo. They were engaging, kind-hearted, and led thoughtful conversations that helped me better understand the role and the company.
Unfortunately, my interactions with the Underwood brothers were disappointing. Despite setting aside half a day of PTO for the interview, I felt they didn’t value my time. Both seemed preoccupied with their computers and smartwatches, which gave the impression that they were too busy to focus on the interview. Nicolas, in particular, was brief with his responses, seemed uninterested from the beginning, and didn’t provide the depth of detail I was hoping for, leaving me unsure about the next steps.
A unique aspect of the process was the unpaid work at the end of the Hiring Manager Interviews. Candidates are asked to spend about an hour working on the dialers using a provided script and taking notes. While this could be an opportunity to demonstrate skills, the unpaid nature of the work felt a bit odd.

This one stuck with me.
Hiring Manager- "I'm skeptical to hire a former SDR because they can't close."
Myself "what about the 3 other SDR's you've hired in the past, how did they do?"
Hiring Manager "You'd have to ask them"

I had a thorough interview process with The Bridger Group. The questions asked were relevant and the people were welcoming. I believe I had two phone interviews and one onsite interview.
