Unreliable and Unprofessional - Beware! I had high hopes when I applied for a position at The Brite Group. I went through three interviews, which seemed promising. However, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse when they assured me that I would receive a response by the end of the week and then completely ghosted me. It's extremely disappointing and unprofessional when a company doesn't follow through on their commitments. If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine how they treat their current staff. My advice? Steer clear of this place. Their lack of communication and professionalism is a major red flag, and it's clear they don't value their candidates' time or effort. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for opportunities where you'll be treated with the respect you deserve.
