They were extremely unorganized. Seems like a ploy to buy Buckle clothes. She didn't even go through an interview process, just made me wait for thirty minutes, printed out my resume, and then asked me to tell her about it. She was surprised by a few jobs I had, and yet it was on the page in front of her. She didn't ask any questions. Said she'd contact me a few days later. It took another week and I didn't get it.

Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
