Met with the manager on the floor, informal interview moving around the store. Asked a lot about expression and why The Buckle. Explained how the store works and price ranges, customers can come in knowing exactly what you want. The job title should be a Personal Stylist because that was reiterated the entire time.

I did my application, they called same day for an interview the next day. I waited a few and got an offer. I feel like I had a very fast turn around.
On the sales floor with a manager. It was pretty casual. It was the store manager and then another one with her. Pretty standard interview questions where they ask about previous work experience, school, and availability. The interview took about 15 minutes.
