They didn’t listen to my work availability during the interview and my schedule was completely wrong. Made me think they weren’t listening to anything I had to say during my interview.

This was a joke. All they want to know is that you're hot and friendly. Anything beyond that - they don't care. Just smile, look sexy, and be out going. They claim to train you on sales, but they don't. The managers are too busy stealing your sales to train you.
