When I first walked in and said I was here for an interview, I was told to look around at products for like 10-20 minutes. Afterwards we just stood in the store and talked about the job and stuff.

Straightforward. Prepare to act out sales scenarios. You don't have to be perfect, but show potential and a desire to learn and be coached. This is a good place to learn basic sales skills.

Very casual. Dress up in cute clothes, I would suggest a dress for women. Typical interview questions about background. Usually takes around a half an hour or so. Relatively easy!

The interview process was very smooth. I got a tour of the store and then we stepped off to the side (still on the main sales floor) for the actual interview. I was asked about 7 questions and I knew I had the job when I left!
