It was on the fly. Didn't really seem prepared. It seemed rushed. But the interviewer was very polite, and treated me with respect. Granted I came in at a time where the restaurant was very busy. Only because it was hard to get in contact with someone over the phone.

was easy they need cooks so any experience you have will work just make sure you tell them what station you prefer to work in for the position. but overall, the managers are kind and respect hard working individuals
