Had 2 interviews both times I had to wait 30 minutes for interviewing manager. I had searched online for questions and read up on the establishment. The first interview lasted about 15 minutes and it seemed to go very well. I had taken the personality test on-line earlier in the week where I also filled out the application. The second interview I waited 30 minutes and the manager took me over to the side let me how much money the restaurant made per year , that it was hardwork and did I see myself working there in a year. I said yes and was hired on the spot.

2-3 interviews, a manager, senior manager and general manager. Very basic description of experience and what you can offer the company. Very comfortable and genuine experience. Best to just be upfront about your passion for the industry.
