I was brought in to meet with the owners of TCG and was offered the position on-site after a 1 hour interview. The process was enjoyable, as I felt they were not only interested in understanding my work history, they also wanted to get to know me as a person. The interview was pretty laid back, but structured. I could see why they are so good at finding the best candidates for the positions they source.
