I was contacted by a recruiter for a Retained search for a VP role. Went through 3 rounds off calls, completing multiple assessments and interviews with a result of no followup about next steps. Retained searched typically do provide feedback within few days but apparently I have been ghosted. I fund this behavior esp from this company childish, rude and unprofessional. As an executive, having my time wasted and not respected is very unacceptable. I have a feeling there was no role that existed and they were just resume collectors and time wasters. I would never expected to be treated like this from an executive firm. Very shameful!! Try not to do business with them or initiate conversations since your time will be wasted for no rrason
