The interview process was relatively long that is signaled there was indecision on their part. I don’t see myself pursuing another opportunity with them again because of the lengthy process.

The process is very slow. You'll usually have a phone interview. Then an in person, and then a second in person. There can be weeks between each step. Don't expect a speedy process or a speedy decision.
