I felt the interview process was pretty straightforward. I interviewed for a few different positions and had varying experiences with TCH based on the team. One team was incredibly friendly and professional and I was sad I wasn't selected to work with them, but I didn't have enough experience, which is fair. One team was a little unorganized and a seriously difficult interview, probably one of the most difficult I've ever had. I was upset after the call based on how I was treated by my interviewer. However, they were timely with scheduling interviews and feedback. If it was the first team, I'd describe the process as excellent but the second team really made me uncomfortable. It was 2 zoom interviews and then a third in person. Overall seems like a great place to work, depending on the team. Either way, I wish them the best.
