Phone screener went okay, however, this company offers NO benefits like healthcare or 401k matching and couldn't even give me a salary range. I had to ask about this specifically because I didn't want to waste time on my side of theirs and the mood immediately changed once I asked these very basic questions. I would be wary of this company at this stage.
