Standard Questioning, Very competitive. In my experience many internal candidates are pre selected or expected to obtain certain roles. There was a long waiting period between the interview and the day i heard i would be hired. Then there was an even longer waiting period before a formal salary offer was given. I job shadowed for months before the opportunity came along.
