The interview was in 3 phases : Introduction, panel interview with management and a test to know my technical abilities. The introduction phase was just to get to know me and my experience, the I had a panel interview with some directors where i had to answer a lot of questions pertaining to how my experiences in the companies I've worked helped those companies improve their bottom line and finally a last interview session to test my practical knowledge of SQL & BI tools.

It started late, but was very informal (panel interview). There were no tests or "gotcha" questions. Interview was with the Hiring Manager, her manager, and a co-worker. While you wait, you are welcome to drink any product they produce from an enormous fridge. Much was made of my picking a "Mexican Coke".

Colloquio
HR representative initiated the process, telling me that I would be interviewing with 3 manager level employees and the Director of Business Analysis.
Once on campus, I sat through 3 interviews with 4 people (one was a dual). As far as interviews go, each was fairly intense. It was clear that each person was familiar with my resume before hand. Questions tended to be of the "what would you do if..." and "would you handle..."
After the interviews I was given one page report to review, and the entire panel asked situational questions pertaining to the data I was given.

The case study was the most difficult. None of the "answers" were in the data given, rather they wanted to see that you are able to make connections and draw insights beyond the obvious.
