Multiple interview with key stakeholders. Each interview was one-on-one. Interviewed first on campus and then on-site at the company. Questions were easy. References and recommendations made the difference, in my opinion.

After online application there was video interview with panel. It's must to follow STAR format of sharing examples on every question. Situation-Task-Actions-Result & Reflection. The challenging part is to have a pool of these examples close to your potential role and react quick. I didn't get offer being accepted as overqualified and continued to work on bottlers side. Feedback may take more than two weeks.
