Couple of weeks after the application sent I’ve received an invite for a video interview, where I had to record the answers for their questions and some had to be typed in. My experience with this way of interviewing was a bit mixed, because there was no other contact from a recruiter and they asked multiple questions to be answered within the time limit. Two weeks later I’ve received a phone call from the recruiter (Friday evening) where I was invited to the next round and some questions were asked. On Monday the interview was confirmed and received all the information and 30 mins later I’ve received a call from the recruiter that my interview was cancelled due to a missing skill. Overall experience therefore is negative, as I feel my time was wasted....
