First interview was a panel of hiring managers from marketing and HR. Very well structured interview via Zoom. They loved their work and team and the brand. Unfortunately I couldn’t show enough of enthusiasm as I personally don’t drink coke and I am against a plastic waste. So not an ideal company match for me. Asked lots of very specific marketing case study questions, sharp answers were needed.

first phone call by HR assistant to check profile and assess interest; then interview with HR manager, to screen first draft, and check fit to role; then interview with line manager to assess competencies, and leadership skills, and for to the role and to the boss and the company culture; then final check with Mktg director
