First was a phone call from the HR rep to set up a in person computer assessment test. If you pass the test, you will interview with 2 managers. STAR questions are asked and the final question is how you would sell Coca-Cola to a store on the beach that doesn't normally sell Coca-Cola. You will here back your final results in a few days. The computer assessment is really easy, but I thought the interview with the managers was below standard. The really had no idea what they were doing and I believe that my previous experience seemed to make them a little nervous as asked me 3 or 4 times why I wanted to work in this position and didn't want something in management. It was obvious they want people they can mold and someone that won't take their jobs.
