On site and in person panel interview consisting of 3 people from different facets of the production environment. Very standard and professional. There is a packet that is given for standards for dress code, there was no facilities tour so if you’re interviewing that is all that you’ll likely do, at least for supervisory positions.

I had two panels with 3-4 people per panel, each interview was about 4-5 questions asked in turn by each panel member. Questions were pretty typical behavioral type, although specific, and they want answers in the S-T-A-R format.
